Introduction
In a fast-changing global economy, education alone is no longer enough — it must be paired with entrepreneurship and innovation. GAYEP’s mission is to prepare Cameroon’s youth to become creative thinkers and active contributors to their nation’s progress.
Bridging the Gap Between Education and Employment
We provide entrepreneurship and digital literacy training that complements formal education. Youth learn how to develop business ideas, write proposals, market products, and manage finances. These programs enable them to apply what they’ve learned in school to real-world business challenges.
Creating Job Creators, Not Job Seekers
Instead of waiting for limited job opportunities, our participants become self-starters who build ventures in fashion, agriculture, tech, and other sectors. GAYEP supports them through incubation programs, mentorship, and small business grants.
Inspiring a Generation of Innovators
Through workshops, competitions, and leadership summits, we encourage young people to see challenges as opportunities. By nurturing innovation, we’re cultivating a culture of resilience and problem-solving among Cameroon’s youth.
